fileAI
Enterprise AI that automates complex file and data workflows
About fileAI
fileAI (formerly bluesheets; file.ai) is a Singapore enterprise software company that automates complex file and unstructured-data workflows for finance and operations teams. Its fileForge platform captures, validates, matches and reconciles data from unstructured and semi-structured files before publishing structured records into enterprise systems; fileScout maps and processes unstructured enterprise data while reducing LLM token usage. Co-founded by Christian Schneider and Clare Leighton, the company partners with JRE Ventures (June 2026) to digitise legacy contracts and operational documents in Japan. In September 2026 SMBC Asia Rising Fund and Singtel Innov8 invested (amount undisclosed) to fund Japan expansion, financial-services depth, and local sales/engineering/customer-success teams as enterprises move AI from pilots to production.
