The company provides an all-in-one, subscription-based service that combines technology and insurance to protect businesses from cyber threats. Its core offering includes Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR), 24/7 monitoring, proactive threat hunting, and rapid incident response. A key differentiator is the integration of a cyber insurance policy, which Eye Security began offering in 2022, making it one of the first European providers to bundle security services with financial risk coverage. The service is designed for rapid deployment, integrating with a client's existing infrastructure within hours. Their target clients are mid-market companies with up to •250 million in annual turnover across various sectors, including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and professional services. Eye Security has demonstrated significant growth, backed by substantial venture funding. The company has raised a total of over $61 million through several funding rounds. A major Series B round in March 2024, led by J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and TIN Capital, raised •36 million ($39 million). This capital is intended to deepen its presence in existing markets and expand into other European countries, partly in response to the EU's incoming NIS2 directive, which imposes stricter cybersecurity reporting requirements.
