Evolute Group AG was a financial technology company specializing in comprehensive solutions for the wealth management industry. In March 2017, it merged with regulatory provider SwissComply, with Kaspar Wohnlich appointed as CEO of the newly formed platform. The company was co-founded by Michael Hartweg, who also co-founded derivatives boutique Leonteq. Hartweg took over as Chairman of Evolute in January 2018.

The firm's core offering was a cloud-based platform that provided CRM and portfolio management software. Key features included solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), order management, and regulatory compliance. Evolute targeted wealth managers, family offices, and banks, aiming to provide a scalable and cost-effective business setup that conformed to the latest regulations like MiFID II and FIDLEG. The company also developed a virtual marketplace for financial products and services, creating an open ecosystem for partners in the wealth management sector.

In December 2020, Evolute was fully acquired by Etops AG, a Swiss-based provider of banking software and services. The acquisition aimed to combine Etops' expertise in data aggregation, operations outsourcing, and reporting with Evolute's CRM and portfolio management capabilities. Following the merger, the combined entity operates under the Etops brand, managed by Etops CEO Pius Stucki. Myriam Reinle, who was the CEO of Evolute at the time of the acquisition, took on the role of managing marketing, sales, and business development for the integrated company. The combined firm serves over 80 clients with more than CHF 50 billion in assets under management.
