About EverEx

EverEx is a South Korean digital therapeutics (DTx) company founded in 2019 by Dr. Chan Yoon, an orthopedic surgeon. The company focuses on developing and commercializing solutions for the prevention, management, and treatment of musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders. Dr. Yoon's experience with patients' challenges in adhering to rehabilitation exercises outside of the clinical setting inspired the development of EverEx's core technology.

The company operates in the digital health market, serving both healthcare providers and patients. Its business model centers on providing a suite of software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) products under the brand name MORA (Mobile Orthopedic Rehabilitation Assistant). EverEx generates revenue through contracts with hospitals and clinics, as well as through reimbursement models in markets like the U.S. The company has successfully raised significant capital, including an 8 billion KRW ($5.8 million) Series A in 2023 and a 14.8 billion KRW ($10.7 million) Series B in 2025, to fund its expansion and technological development.

EverEx's main product offering is a platform that includes several distinct solutions. The platform utilizes proprietary AI-powered motion analysis technology, named Griffin, to provide real-time feedback and track patient progress. Key products include 'MORA Cure', a prescription DTx combining exercise with cognitive behavioral therapy; 'MORA Ex', a platform for clinicians to prescribe and monitor remote exercises; 'MORA Vu', an AI motion analysis tool for assessments; and 'MORA Care', a wellness solution for corporate employees. The content library features over 3,000 exercises developed by clinical specialists. The system provides a patient-facing mobile app and a clinician-facing dashboard for progress tracking and curriculum assignment.

A significant milestone for the company was receiving Class II medical device approval from South Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for 'MORA Vu' in March 2024, marking it as the first musculoskeletal software medical device of its kind in the country. EverEx has also expanded internationally, launching 'EverEx Rehab' in the United States, which is registered as a Class II medical device with the FDA and leverages Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) billing codes for insurance reimbursement. The company is also targeting expansion into other Asia-Pacific markets, including Japan and Singapore.
