This integrated "payvider" (payer + provider) approach targets both individual (B2C) and corporate (B2B) clients, aiming to reduce hospitalization risks through proactive and managed care.

Initially a digital-first platform, Even has expanded into physical infrastructure. In May 2025, it launched its first 70-bed multi-specialty hospital in Bengaluru, where doctors are salaried and evaluated based on clinical outcomes. This facility reportedly reached operational break-even within six months. As of early 2026, the company's network included multiple clinics and over 100 partner hospitals. Even has announced plans to expand its owned-hospital network to 25 facilities within the next three years and establish a second hospital in Bengaluru by mid-2026.

The company has secured significant venture capital, raising approximately $80 million in total funding as of early 2026. Key funding rounds include a $5 million seed round in 2021 led by Khosla Ventures, a $15 million round in 2022, a $30 million Series A in October 2024, and a $20 million round in early 2026 with participation from investors like Alpha Wave Global, Lachy Groom, Founders Fund, and 8VC.
