Eve Air Mobility

Eve Air Mobility is an aerospace company developing a comprehensive Urban Air Mobility (UAM) solution, which includes an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, a global service and support network, and an urban air traffic management (UATM) system. Additionally, the company is developing an urban air traffic management software called Vector. This agnostic software solution is designed to integrate eVTOLs safely into low-level urban airspace alongside conventional aircraft and drones, serving eVTOL operators, vertiport managers, and Air Navigation Service Providers.

The company's primary product is a 100% electric eVTOL aircraft designed for urban mobility. It features a 'lift + cruise' configuration with eight propellers for vertical flight and a pusher propeller for forward flight, a design choice aimed at reducing complexity and improving safety and reliability. The aircraft is designed to carry one pilot and four passengers, with a future uncrewed configuration accommodating up to six passengers. It has a projected range of 60 miles (100 km), addressing the majority of intra-city travel needs. The first full-scale prototype was unveiled at the Farnborough Airshow in 2024, with entry into service anticipated as early as 2026. The company is also exploring military applications for its eVTOL in partnership with BAE Systems.
