Eupheus Learning is an Indian educational technology company founded in 2017 by Sarvesh Shrivastava, Amit Kapoor, and Ved Prakash Khatri. The company operates as a school-focused distribution platform, aiming to bridge the gap between in-classroom and at-home learning for the K-12 market. Its business model is primarily B2B, acquiring customers by providing in-class solutions to schools and then extending its offerings for at-home learning, which helps lower customer acquisition costs.

The company's offerings are mapped to CBSE and ICSE standards and include curricular content, as well as supplemental solutions like STEM/STEAM tools, coding programs, English language enhancement, and AR/VR technologies. Eupheus Learning reported a revenue of Rs 225 crore in the 2024 financial year, an 8% increase from the previous year, while halving its losses to Rs 9 crore. The company's revenue is primarily generated from the sale of printed books, which accounted for 95% of its operating revenue in FY23.

Eupheus Learning has expanded its reach through strategic acquisitions. In September 2021, it acquired ClassKlap, a platform focused on the affordable private school segment, in an all-stock deal valued at $19 million. This move allowed Eupheus to enter the affordable school market and expand its total reach to approximately 18,000 schools. In February 2022, the company acquired SchoolMitra, a SaaS-based school management platform, to integrate administrative functions with its educational offerings. SchoolMitra's platform provides tools for live classes, automated administrative tasks, and communication, creating a unified ecosystem for school stakeholders.

The company has raised a total of $27.2 million over 12 funding rounds. Key investors include Lightrock India, Sixth Sense Ventures, Yuj Ventures, United Education Company (UEC), and Al Rayan Holding Company. Eupheus Learning serves around 10,000 schools in over 725 cities across India and has a presence in the Middle East.
