Euho, or Youhe Life Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., is a retail brand specializing in health and wellness food products, founded in 2012 by CEO Zhu Jianxiang. The company operates an omnichannel business model, integrating nearly 200 physical stores across more than 10 provinces in China—including Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou—with online sales through its official e-commerce stores. Euho positions itself as a one-stop shop for traditional health-promoting foods, targeting the mid-range market.

The company's product lines include series focused on ginseng and pilose antler, general nourishing ingredients, traditional teas, herbal flower teas, and daily wellness items. Euho emphasizes a commitment to quality through a philosophy of "selected materials, simplified packaging, and strict management." Products are sourced directly from their places of origin to ensure quality and undergo QS certification, with packaging made from food-grade materials to guarantee food safety.

In March 2015, Euho secured several tens of millions of RMB in a Series A venture capital round from investors including Eastern Bell Venture Capital and the P&G Alumni Venture Fund. This investment has supported its expansion and the development of its integrated online and offline retail experience. The company was also recognized as one of Ernst & Young and Fudan University's most promising enterprises in China in 2016.
