Equixly is an Italy-based cybersecurity company that builds agentic AI penetration-testing agents to continuously secure APIs across the software development lifecycle. Founded in 2022 by brothers Mattia Dalla Piazza (CEO) and Alessio Dalla Piazza (CTO), the platform embeds into CI/CD pipelines, maps full API landscapes including shadow endpoints, and imitates skilled attacker reasoning to find business-logic flaws that scanners and one-off pen tests often miss—while keeping false positives low. It serves development and security teams in banking, energy, insurance and retail across Europe. After an earlier seed, Equixly raised €10 million Series A in December 2025 led by 33N Ventures with Alpha Intelligence Capital and returning JME Ventures, 360 Capital and Fondazione CR Firenze, to expand the team, proprietary models and international go-to-market including the UK.
