This was followed by a definitive agreement in early 2025, when the UK-based software company Ideagen entered into a deal to acquire 100% of Envirosuite for a cash consideration implying an equity valuation of approximately A$132.2 million. This event marked the culmination of Envirosuite's journey from a niche technology provider to a recognized global leader in its field.
