Envio Networks, founded in 1996, operated as a designer and developer of wireless messaging and content management solutions. The company was headquartered in Andover, MA, and secured $17.5 million in venture capital funding from investors including Matrix and North Bridge Venture Partners.

The firm's primary focus was within the Vertical Market Software industry. Its offerings were designed to provide wireless content management and messaging for its clients. Over the course of its history, the company developed a technology platform and intellectual property portfolio geared towards the social web. In a strategic move on March 9, 2011, Envio Networks was acquired by Sequence Platforms, which was later announced as a transaction with SkyWeaver, Inc. Following the acquisition, Envio Networks' CEO, Manish Jha, assumed the role of President and CEO of the newly combined entity, and key technology personnel from Envio also joined the SkyWeaver team.
