A separate but related entity, Entomed MedTech AB, was founded in 2009 by Jan Holmerup, who had been the Service and Technical Manager at the original Entomed AB since 1996. Initially named JHE MedTech AB, the company became the authorized service center for Entomed audiometers worldwide in 2013 and subsequently changed its name to Entomed MedTech AB. This entity handles service, support, and calibration for the devices, ensuring short lead times and high-quality maintenance for a global client base of distributors and audiology professionals. In 2019, Entomed MedTech AB established an agreement with Auditdata to manage warranty service for the audiometers.
