About Enforta

Enforta, established in October 2003 as ZAO Prestige Internet, was founded by Lee Sparkman and a group of telecommunications executives to deliver broadband solutions across Russia's regional capitals using fixed wireless and other modern technologies. The company strategically focused on the enterprise and government sectors, providing services to two-thirds of Russia's top 200 companies at one point.

The business model centers on providing a comprehensive suite of telecommunication services through its own network infrastructure. This includes high-speed wireless and satellite internet, VPN creation, VoIP telephony, managed WiFi, and IP CCTV. A key part of its strategy involved rapid network expansion, both organically and through acquisitions of regional operators, to create one of the largest wireless broadband footprints in Russia. By 2010, the company was averaging 1,500 new installations a month.

A significant milestone in Enforta's history was its merger with ER-Telecom Holding, Russia's second-largest multi-service operator, announced in late 2015 and finalized in 2016. This transaction was aimed at consolidating the market and expanding ER-Telecom's customer base. Following the integration, which was completed in 2018, Enforta's services were brought under the unified "Дом.ru Business" brand. In October 2017, demonstrating a forward-looking approach, Enforta partnered with Actility to deploy Russia's first nationwide IoT network using LoRaWAN technology, targeting major industries like oil and gas, mining, and logistics.
