Ellis is an AI-native operations platform for private credit, founded by Cadre founder Ryan Williams. It builds a unified, source-verifiable data foundation that connects every system a private credit fund relies on — fund administrator outputs, loan-servicing systems, general ledgers, bank feeds, regulatory filings and the spreadsheet models in between. Purpose-built AI agents then take the first pass at recurring work, from reconciling positions and cash flows to LP reporting, SBIC compliance and document intelligence, while human teams remain in control of every material decision. Ellis emerged from stealth in 2026 with more than $10 million in seed funding.
