In December 2023, the UK-based Olsam Group acquired Dwarfs in a strategic move to combine their strengths. The acquisition integrated Dwarfs' deep knowledge of Bol.com and new product development skills with Olsam's global supply chain, data analytics platform, and Amazon internationalization expertise. This merger created a combined entity with a portfolio projected to exceed €100 million in annual revenue, strengthening its presence in the Benelux region and enhancing its omnichannel capabilities across Europe and North America. The joint operations are headquartered in London, led by Olsam's co-founders.
