Dunav Resources Ltd. was a Canadian-based mineral exploration company that focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing mineral properties, primarily in the Republic of Serbia. The company, formerly known as Queensland Minerals Ltd, was founded in 1996. In May 2011, it changed its name to Dunav Resources Ltd. after an agreement in October 2010 with Dundee Precious Metals to acquire Serbian assets.

The company's primary exploration targets were copper and gold porphyry projects, including the Tulare and Degrmen Porphyry Projects in southern Serbia. The Tulare project was a key focus, with significant drilling programs planned to establish compliant copper-gold resources. The business model centered on identifying and advancing mineral resources to a stage where they could be economically viable, thereby creating value for shareholders. The company's leadership included experienced individuals from the resource and investment banking sectors, such as Executive Chairman David Fennell, who founded Golden Star Resources, and President and CEO James Crombie, a mining engineer with a background in investment banking.

On October 2, 2014, Dunav Resources was acquired by Avala Resources Ltd. through a business combination, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avala. This merger was intended to create synergies and cost savings. Following the arrangement, Dunav shareholders received Avala Resources shares, and Dunav ceased to operate as an independent, publicly-traded entity. At the time of the merger, major shareholder Dundee Precious Metals held a significant stake in the company.
