dtcpay (Digital Treasures Center) is a Singapore-based regulated digital-asset payments company that lets businesses and consumers transact with stablecoins alongside fiat. It operates a real-time swap engine for stablecoin and fiat flows, POS support for digital payment tokens, WalletConnect integration and a Visa partnership card for mixed fiat/stablecoin spend. The company holds a MAS Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore and an Electronic Money Institution licence in Luxembourg. In March 2026 it raised a US$10 million Series A led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India with Genedant Capital and Kwee Liong Tek; in September 2026 SBI Group (via SBI Ventures Asset and the SBI-NTU-Kyobo Digital Innovation Fund) expanded the Series A to about US$25 million to grow products, merchant network and regulated-market coverage, including an updated enterprise portal and new consumer app features.
