Certified consultants capture building data into a digital twin and Individual Renovation Roadmap (iSFP), handle KfW/BAFA subsidy applications, and coordinate manufacturer-independent measures—insulation, windows, heat pumps and solar—via a network of vetted local trades, cutting homeowner time by around 80%. The company reports serving over 10,000 private customers with roughly 300 trades partners and forecasts 2026 revenue above €15 million. After a €3.6 million Seed in February 2025 led by Vireo Ventures (IBB Ventures, FJ Labs, Saxovent), in July 2026 dsb closed a Series A of over €10 million led by Simon Capital and VERBUND X Ventures with IBB Ventures, Vireo Ventures and Atlantic Food Labs, to expand the platform, launch a proprietary electricity tariff and enter B2B.
