About Dronus

Dronus is an Italian deep-tech company founded in Trieste in 2018 by aerospace engineer Marco Ballerini. It develops autonomous industrial drone systems and drone-in-a-box infrastructure: the patented NEST® aerial base provides take-off, landing, charging and remote fleet management for the K250 and related UAVs. The platform is designed for inspection, security, remote-site monitoring and smart-city operations, with encrypted communications, 5G connectivity and predictive maintenance.
