Dreamers Lab is a non-profit research organization in Bangladesh dedicated to advancing engineering research and developing practical skills among students. It was established to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application for aspiring engineers in the country. The lab provides a collaborative platform for students and enthusiasts to engage in hands-on projects, particularly in robotics, machine learning, and nanotechnology. The organization's operational model centers on forming research teams that participate in international competitions, such as the University Rover Challenge and the NASA Lunabotics Competition. These projects serve as the primary training ground for its members, who work on developing complex hardware and software solutions, including Mars rovers and lunar excavation robots. This approach allows participants to gain direct experience in cutting-edge engineering fields.Dreamers Lab operates a structured recruitment and training process, taking in new members multiple times a year. Applicants undergo a rigorous training program and assessment before being selected to join year-round project batches. This system ensures that members are well-prepared for the technical demands of the projects. The organization is also involved in publishing research papers based on its findings, contributing to the academic community. It has a social mission as well, having contributed funds to support flood victims in Bangladesh.
