Doodlin Inc. is a South Korean startup founded in March 2020 by CEO Lee Tae-gyu and CTO Seo Dong-min. The company operates "Greeting," a SaaS-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to streamline the entire recruitment process for enterprises. Initially, the founders created an AI-powered interview and cover letter assistant but pivoted to the current business model after identifying significant pain points for HR managers in the hiring process.

The "Greeting" platform addresses the shift towards frequent, smaller-scale recruitment by providing a comprehensive solution. Its core functionalities include consolidating applicant information from various recruitment platforms, enabling customizable, no-code creation of corporate hiring websites, automating interview scheduling, and providing data analytics on the hiring process. The service launched its beta in January 2021 and officially went live in July 2021. By late 2024, over 5,000 companies were using the platform to create their hiring pages. The client base includes major corporations like KT, Nexon, LG Display, and prominent startups such as Yanolja and Musinsa. In October 2023, Doodlin expanded its offerings by launching "Greeting TRM" (Talent Relationship Management), a system focused on simplifying outbound recruiting and direct talent sourcing.

Doodlin has secured significant investment to fuel its growth. After an initial seed round of 1 billion KRW, the company raised a Series A round of $3.62 million in 2021. This was followed by a Series B round in February 2023, raising approximately $8.34 million (10.6 billion KRW), bringing its total funding to over $12.5 million. Key investors include Atinum Investment, Murex Partners, Altos Ventures, FuturePlay, and Primer. The company's business model is based on subscriptions to its SaaS platform. Both co-founders were recognized in Forbes' "30 Under 30 Asia" for Enterprise Technology in 2024.
