Digi TV Plus Oy, which operated under the brand name PlusTV, was a significant player in the Finnish telecommunications market, specializing as a pay-TV operator within the digital terrestrial network (DVB-T).

Established in 2006, the company carved out a substantial niche by targeting all terrestrial television households across Finland. This strategic focus allowed it to become the country's largest service provider in the antenna network. The business model centered on offering subscription-based pay-television packages. Revenue was generated through the sale of these packages, which included both fixed-term and ongoing contracts, providing flexibility for its customer base. PlusTV also made its services accessible through prepaid cards available at retail outlets, catering to customers who preferred not to commit to a subscription.

The company's core offering consisted of customizable pay-TV packages, a market approach it pioneered in Finland. Customers could access a selection of up to 20 television channels, including notable names like Disney Channel and various movie channels. A key milestone for the firm was in 2012, when it recorded a turnover of approximately 65 million euros, serving around 220,000 households. By this time, the company was owned by the Swedish-based Teracom Group. The final chapter for PlusTV as an independent entity was written in September 2013, when it was acquired by DNA Oy, a major Finnish telecommunications company. Following the acquisition, DNA integrated the PlusTV services and brand into its own DNA Welho entertainment brand, marking the end of PlusTV's operations under its original name. The last chief executive officer to lead the company was Pekka Väisänen.
