The firm's core offering is a two-layer architecture that facilitates secure, scalable, and high-speed communication between autonomous AI agents. The Communication Layer acts as the network's backbone, enabling real-time data exchange, while the Blockchain Layer provides transparency, security, and governance to ensure agent actions are accountable and aligned with human objectives. To further enhance trust and traceability, each AI agent is assigned a unique Agent ID, which functions as a digital passport for authenticating its actions and interactions.

Delysium's business model is centered on its ecosystem, which includes products like the "You Know I Love You" (YKILY) Network and Lucy. The YKILY Network provides the financial and communication infrastructure for AI agents to collaborate and transact. Lucy, the flagship AI agent and operating system of the network, allows users to interact with Web3 applications using natural language. Users can issue commands to Lucy to perform complex crypto-workflows, such as trading assets or interacting with dApps across chains like Ethereum and Solana, without needing technical expertise. The company makes money through its native utility token, AGI, which is used for network maintenance fees, agent registration, staking, and transactions within the ecosystem. Delysium has secured a total of $14 million in funding across three rounds, including a $10 million strategic round in October 2022 led by Anthos Capital with participation from Immutable, GSR, and Blockchain Coinvestors.
