About Delilah

Delilah is a modern-day supper club concept with a vintage, Roaring '20s aesthetic, offering a luxurious dining and entertainment experience. The restaurant is a brand within The h.wood Group, a hospitality and lifestyle company founded in 2008 by longtime friends John Terzian and Brian Toll. The duo, both Los Angeles natives, are responsible for some of the most iconic brands in the hospitality industry. Terzian, with a background in fine arts, serves as the creative force, developing the concepts and design for each project, while Toll oversees operations, finance, and business strategy. Their journey began with a single club in Los Angeles, and despite early setbacks, they have built a significant portfolio of venues.

The first Delilah opened in West Hollywood in 2016, designed to be a hybrid restaurant and lounge that pays homage to the Art Deco style of the 1920s. The concept was born from Terzian's desire to create a timeless gathering spot reminiscent of Hollywood's golden era. The business model combines fine dining with live entertainment, including jazz bands and dancers, which transitions into a lounge-style bottle service experience as the evening progresses. This model targets an upscale clientele, including celebrities, and often enforces a strict no-photo policy to ensure guests' privacy. The menu is described as refined American fare, featuring signature items like the "Famous Chicken Tenders," steak, seafood, and caviar service. Each location's menu is also adapted to include local flavors.

Following its success in Los Angeles, Delilah expanded to other major cities. In partnership with Wynn Resorts, a Las Vegas location opened in 2021. A Miami outpost followed in late 2023, situated in the Brickell neighborhood and uniquely featuring yacht slips for guests arriving by water. The company has continued its expansion with plans for new locations in Dallas and New York City. The h.wood Group's expansion strategy focuses on securing prime locations in major urban and arts districts to cater to its discerning clientele.
