Delco Trailers is a family-owned and operated American trailer manufacturer headquartered in Brookston, Texas. The company was founded in 2006 by CEO John Dyck, who was inspired by his father's small manufacturing shop and aimed to build trailers with a focus on quality and integrity. What began as a one-person operation in a 4,800-square-foot facility has grown into a major industry player.

The company's business model is centered on manufacturing a diverse line of light to medium-duty steel trailers and selling them through a nationwide network of approximately 180 independent dealers. Delco's revenue is generated from the sale of these trailers to its dealers. The product lineup is extensive, including dump trailers, equipment and car haulers, gooseneck and bumper-pull livestock trailers, flatbeds, enclosed cargo trailers, and utility trailers. The company also offers custom-built trailers to meet specific client needs.

A significant milestone in the company's history was the 2023 opening of a new 550,000 to 600,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. This expansion was driven by increasing demand and the need to move beyond its previous 170,000-square-foot plant. The new facility emphasizes advanced manufacturing processes, including CNC machinery for precision, automation, and a powder coating line for a durable finish, enabling a production capacity of up to 500 units per week. This commitment to technology and process improvement is a key differentiator for the company in a competitive market.
