Shenzhen Dekun Logistics Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive logistics service provider in China, created in April 2016 from the merger of ten established brand-specific logistics companies. This strategic reorganization was initiated by founders like Xu Mingliang, who was the general manager of Mingliang Logistics, to pool resources and enhance service capabilities in the fragmented Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) market.

The company's business model centers on integrating trunk line transportation, express delivery, full truckload services, warehousing, and distribution. Dekun focuses on the large-scale LTL freight market, differentiating itself by establishing a network of direct routes between major hubs rather than extensive regional coverage. This approach creates an intelligent land transport backbone network across China. The company serves a diverse client base requiring efficient and reliable freight transportation across the country. Its revenue is generated through a variety of services including standard freight transport, value-added services like shipping insurance, cash on delivery, and customized supply chain solutions.

Since its inception, Dekun has achieved significant milestones, including securing a substantial Series A funding round from Haier Capital in April 2018. This was followed by a RMB 500 million (approximately $70 million) Series B round in May 2020, led by investors including Bank of China Group Investment (BOCG Investment). These funds have been allocated to expand its shipping network, and to strengthen its capabilities in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and IoT technologies to create a more efficient, intelligent logistics platform. In October 2019, the company was recognized as a national AAAAA-level comprehensive service logistics enterprise, a first for the large-scale LTL sector in China.
