Cytospire Therapeutics is a London biotechnology company founded in 2023 by Dr Natalie Mount (formerly Adaptate Biotherapeutics / GammaDelta Therapeutics and Pfizer) developing pan-gamma delta (γδ) T cell engager immunotherapies for solid tumours. Its multispecific antibody platform bridges γδ T cells to tumour antigens, aiming for potent anti-tumour activity with lower toxicity than conventional CD3 T-cell engagers; lead program CYT X300 targets EGFR-positive cancers such as colorectal, head-and-neck and NSCLC. In May 2026 Cytospire closed an oversubscribed £61 million ($83 million) Series A led by 4BIO Capital, with Servier Ventures, the British Business Bank, Abingworth, LifeArc Ventures, Sound Bioventures, Criteria Bio and others, to advance CYT X300 through IND-enabling studies into first-in-human trials.
