The company's business model is centered on developing and supplying alternative fat ingredients to food manufacturers, ranging from large-scale producers to independent startups. Cubiq Foods has developed a multi-platform approach to fat solutions. One of its flagship products, Go!Drop®, is an emulsion of vegetable oil and water stabilized with plant-based ingredients. This ingredient is designed to replace animal fats and tropical oils, offering the functional properties of animal fat—such as appearance, mouthfeel, and bite—while significantly reducing total fat, saturated fat, and overall calories in final products like plant-based meats. Another product, Go!Mega3®, is a micro-encapsulated algae oil rich in Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA+EPA). This technology protects the nutritional benefits of the fatty acids during industrial food processing without imparting a fishy taste, allowing for the creation of functional foods that support heart and brain health. The company is also advancing its cell-culture platform to produce Go!Great®, a cultivated animal fat, aiming to provide an authentic taste and texture for the next generation of alternative proteins.
