Eagle Cornice Company, a subsidiary of Tecta America, is a provider of roofing and sheet metal services for commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the New England area. Founded in 1901 by Simon Strauss, the company has a long history in the Rhode Island roofing industry and is now based in Cranston, RI.

The firm's offerings include new construction, re-roofing, roof repairs, and preventative maintenance. Their service portfolio covers various roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and slate. In addition to roofing, a dedicated metal division provides fabrication services for materials like copper, aluminum, and steel. The company also offers roof asset management through its TectaTracker software, which provides property owners with detailed condition reports and budgeting tools to plan for future roofing needs.

In November 2024, Tecta America, a national commercial roofing company, acquired Eagle Cornice. Following the acquisition, the company operates under the name Eagle Cornice Company, a Tecta America Company, LLC. David Soccio, the former president, continues to lead daily operations as General Manager, along with partners Jon Hogberg and Joe Brillon. The business was built and shaped over generations by the Strauss, Brillon, Soccio, and Hogberg families.
