About Cornelis Networks

Cornelis Networks is a U.S. AI-infrastructure company that builds high-performance networking fabrics so accelerators and servers in AI and HPC clusters can exchange data with less idle GPU time. Spun out of Intel in 2020, Cornelis offers an open architecture intended to work across a variety of GPUs and accelerators rather than locking customers into a single vendor’s full stack, and it has begun shipping products while developing a next generation of its fabric. In September 2026 the company announced Active Compute Fabric—networking technology designed so chips can process and send information concurrently—and raised $205 million led by IAG Capital Partners to commercialise the platform and chip away at closed AI networking stacks.
