About Corintis

Corintis is a Lausanne EPFL spin-out building co-designed microfluidic cooling for high-power AI and HPC chips—micro-scale liquid channels adapted to each chip’s thermal map as a drop-in cold plate or co-packaged cooling, aiming for roughly 10× better cooling performance and lower water use than conventional fins. Co-founded by Remco van Erp, Sam Harrison and Prof. Elison Matioli, the company has shipped thousands of cooling systems, partnered with Microsoft on in-chip microfluidic demos, and is expanding manufacturing and US/Munich engineering presence. In September 2025 Corintis raised a €20 million (~$24 million) Series A led by BlueYard Capital with Founderful, Acequia Capital, Celsius Industries, XTX Ventures and others (about €28.5 million / $33.4 million total), with Lip-Bu Tan joining the board as investor.
