Core Dynamics is a Pilates instruction and teacher training organization headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with a rich history connected to the original lineage of Joseph Pilates. The company was founded in 1996 by Michele Larsson, a second-generation master teacher who was a protégé of Eve Gentry, a direct student of Joseph Pilates. Larsson, a former professional dancer with training from the Julliard School of Music, began her Pilates journey in 1970 and studied intensely under Gentry's guidance. Her vision for Core Dynamics was to preserve Gentry's classical, rehabilitative approach while integrating her own intuitive style.

The primary business of Core Dynamics revolves around its comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program, which focuses on developing students to understand human movement and teach the Pilates method correctly to a diverse clientele. This program is historically based on Eve Gentry's legacy and is offered through online modules, in-person intensives, and a network of mentoring studios. The business generates revenue through fees for these teacher training programs and continuing education workshops held globally. In addition to training, the Santa Fe studio offers private, duet, and trio sessions, operating on a model where space is also rented to other certified instructors. The clientele consists of aspiring and certified Pilates instructors seeking certification or advanced education, as well as local clients for private sessions.

In September 2014, Michele Larsson sold Core Dynamics Pilates to Kevin A. Bowen, who now serves as the owner and director. Bowen has been involved in the fitness and Pilates profession since 1988 and was a co-founder of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Under his leadership, the company continues to offer its specialized training programs, blending historical Pilates with modern developments in biomechanics and human movement science. The training is structured in tiers, starting with the CORE 101 program and advancing to a comprehensive program covering the full syllabus of Pilates exercises on all equipment.
