About Copla

Copla (formerly CyberUpgrade) is a Vilnius regtech company founded in 2023 by Aurimas Bakas (CEO), Andrius Minkevičius (CTO; co-founder of Paysolut, acquired by SumUp) and Nojus Bendoraitis (Chief Legal Officer) that builds real-time ICT compliance infrastructure for regulated financial services and fintechs. Its platform turns frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act and the Cyber Resilience Act into guided workflows, continuously tracks assets, vendors, risks and controls, stores audit evidence, and can be paired with in-house or fractional CISO support; Copla Bridge extends multi-entity compliance for partners and consultants. In February 2026 Copla raised a €6 million Series A led by Iron Wolf Capital, with Operator Stack and existing investors Specialist VC, Superhero Capital, FirstPick, NGL Ventures, Loggerhead Partners and angels, to deepen the product, grow the team and expand beyond the EU.
