Co-led by Dianne Challenor among others, the company targets banks seeking an integrated foundation rather than piecing together point solutions. Revenue comes from providing the platform and related operational support to banking clients. Constantinople raised A$32 million in seed funding and A$50 million in Series A (Prosus Ventures lead, with AirTree, Square Peg and Great Southern Bank). In August 2026 it raised A$62.5 million in Series B funding from AirTree Ventures and Square Peg Capital to scale the banking platform.
