About Conduct
Conduct (conduct.ai) is a London enterprise AI company founded in January 2024 by former Palantir engineers Jan Philipp Haas (CEO), Philipp Hoefer (CPO) and Henry Thompson (CTO). Its agentic platform maps business logic buried in decades of ERP and related system customisation—starting with SAP and expanding across Salesforce, Oracle, MES, WMS and other systems of record—so enterprises can understand, operate and change those systems safely and faster. Customers including Daimler Truck, Heidelberg Materials, Fraport and DHL use Conduct to accelerate transformation workstreams; SAP has named Conduct a strategic AI partner for SAP Cloud ERP transformation, with delivery partners including BCG and NTT DATA Business Solutions. After a September 2025 Seed of about $12 million led by Creandum (with Lucid Capital and Booom), Conduct raised a €51 million ($60 million) Series A in June 2026 co-led by Index Ventures and ICONIQ, with strategic investment from SAP and participation from existing investors, to expand engineering and go-to-market and deepen multi-system coverage.
