Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with an office in Mumbai, India, CometChat has secured approximately $17 million in total funding across several rounds. Key fundraising milestones include a $1.6 million seed round in August 2020, a $10 million Series A round led by Signal Peak Ventures in November 2021, and a $4.87 million venture debt round in April 2023. These funds have been allocated to accelerate go-to-market strategies, scale platform infrastructure, and enhance product features.
