Shortly after its inception, Comet Software secured a significant €60 million ($65.1M) funding round in April 2024, led by Otium Capital, the family office of French entrepreneur Pierre-Edouard Stérin. This capital is aimed at fueling an aggressive growth strategy, which involves acquiring three to five software companies annually with the goal of reaching €100 million in revenue by 2027. Following the funding, the company acquired four software developers: Cover 3D, MeSoigner, Silicon DNA, and Statigest, expanding its footprint in the construction, pharmaceutical, financial services, and retail sectors. These acquisitions brought the group's consolidated revenue to €14 million, with an employee count of about 100 professionals serving over 5,000 clients across nine countries.
