Comand AI is a Paris defence-tech company founded in 2023 by CEO Loïc Mougeolle (ex-Naval Group innovation incubator) and CTO Antoine Chassang that develops Prevail, an AI command-and-control (C2) platform—a digital command staff of specialised agents for mission analysis through after-action review that can run from a laptop node while humans retain final decisions. Prevail has been used with operational units in France, Germany, Ukraine and other allied nations; Comand AI is partnering with Saab on software for GlobalEye and a next-generation C2 ecosystem. After a €3 million Seed in July 2023 (Frst, Kima Ventures, Tiny VC) and an €8.5 million Seed in December 2024 led by Eurazeo with Frst and Expeditions Fund, Comand AI raised a €32 million Series A in June 2026 led by Blossom Capital, with strategic investment from Saab and returning Expeditions, to scale Prevail across NATO markets into air and maritime domains.
