The core of the company's offering is its "Zhiyun" network freight platform, which functions as a large-scale "Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier" (NVOCC) or "carrier without vehicles". This platform digitizes and standardizes logistics elements to match cargo with shipping capacity, integrating technologies like AI, big data, cloud computing, and IoT. The platform provides services such as online freight and vehicle/ship matching, bidding for transport capacity, in-transit monitoring, and settlement services. The business model aims to reduce costs for shippers, which it claims to do by an average of 10%, and decrease the time drivers spend finding cargo by 69%. It serves over 22,000 shipper enterprises and has a network of more than 2.7 million professional transport members across China.

The company has developed three main platforms: the "Zhiyun" intelligent capacity trading platform, the "Zhilin" supply chain integrated service platform, and the "Zhixin" digital credit service platform.
