CLS Group, Inc. is a US company providing site acquisition, engineering and construction management services for the telecommunications, oil and gas, renewable energy and utilities industries. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma, it has performed services across all 50 states, including new tower builds, network upgrades and modifications, small-cell deployments, DAS design, structural engineering and field services. For energy clients it offers land services such as leasing, right-of-way acquisition, title examination and surface damage settlement. In 2018 the group was acquired by Telamon Corporation, which extended its national footprint. Operating under the CLS Group brand, legally Capital Land Services, Inc., the company provides turnkey project and program management covering permitting, zoning analysis, engineering, procurement and construction management for wireless, energy and fiber projects.
