About Cloover
Cloover is a Berlin climate-tech platform that provides an AI-powered operating system for residential renewable-energy installers—covering solar, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers—with workflow tools, procurement and embedded financing so households can adopt clean energy with lower upfront cost. Founded in 2022 by Jodok Betschart, Peder Broms and Valentin Gönczy, it operates across Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and the Netherlands and is expanding further in Europe. Funding includes a large 2024 seed package and a January 2026 package of $22 million Series A equity (MMC Ventures and QED Investors, with Lowercarbon Capital, BNVT Capital, Bosch Ventures, Centrotec and Earthshot Ventures) plus a $1.2 billion debt facility for customer and installer financing; in September 2026 Cloover added a further $100 million financing facility, taking total financing capacity above $1.3 billion as it reported profitability at a $350 million-plus revenue run rate.
