Casa is a home-membership service that puts everyday home care on autopilot for single-family homeowners. Members get a dedicated team that deeply understands their property and handles maintenance, projects, and day-to-day chores so ownership feels less like a second job. Casa currently serves households in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Austin.

Membership includes in-house handyman time each month that rolls over when unused, unlimited Concierge help for vendor research, negotiation, scheduling, and payments, and one-tap Autopilot care plans tailored to the home. Casa documents appliances, serial numbers, paint colors, and other details, and builds a high-resolution digital twin with floor plans so handymen and Concierge start with full context. The service covers tasks from recurring cleaners and gardeners to utilities monitoring, package pickups, and larger installs such as EV chargers or gutters.

Casa sells a fixed monthly membership rather than marketplace leads. It does not take vendor kickbacks or run ads; the model is aligned with the homeowner. Home inventory and property data stay owned by the member. Pricing is published at a flat monthly rate with no long-term commitment.
