Cargofy is a Ukraine-founded AI logistics company that deploys “digital workers” (AI agents) to automate freight operations for shippers, carriers and 3PLs across Europe, the United States and the Caspian region. Agents connect to 70+ existing tools (TMS, ERP, load boards, compliance and messaging channels) to handle carrier communication, documents, dispatch follow-ups and related workflows in multiple languages without forcing customers to change how they operate. Founded by Stakh Vozniak, Alex Kovalchuk and Dimitri Alexiou. In June 2026 Cargofy closed a €9.6 million ($11 million) Series A comprising €5.2 million ($6 million) primary capital and €4.3 million ($5 million) secondaries — primary and secondary amounts are distinct. The round was led by u.ventures, Toloka and Movens Capital, with participation from Intercom co-founder Des Traynor and other angels; one early backer fully exited via secondary at >50x. Capital funds geographic pods (Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, US regions), team internationalisation and deeper back-office agent capabilities (billing, compliance, carrier coordination).
