About Cardinal Data Power
Cardinal Data Power (CDP) is a private developer of behind-the-meter, gigawatt-scale powered data centre campuses for AI and high-performance computing tenants. The Dallas-based company procures energy at scale and pairs secured power generation with large land positions, energising purpose-built data centre sites to meet the demands of modern AI infrastructure. Its inaugural campus in West Texas spans more than 3,500 acres, with a 750 MW Phase I designed to deliver first power in 2027 and ramp toward roughly 1 GW by 2029. CDP was founded by the Lyda Hunt Allred and Barbara Crow Hunt families and their family offices, Cavallo Holdings and Stratford Bridge Holdings, and is an affiliate of Hunt Properties.
