Brise Pharma is advancing a pipeline of therapies using various modalities, including monoclonal antibodies and small molecules. A key asset is BR01T, a monoclonal antibody targeting Tropomyosin Receptor Kinase (TrkA) for Chronic Low Back Pain (CLBP). The company initiated a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study for BR01T in the US, designed to assess its safety and tolerability in approximately 56 patients. This antibody is engineered to provide pain relief without the bone-related side effects seen in other treatments. Another pipeline candidate, BR007, received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) from the U.S. FDA for treating Camurati-Engelmann disease (CED). BR007 is a small molecule-drug conjugate with bone-targeting properties that specifically inhibits the TGF-β receptor. The company's development efforts are supported by two proprietary biology-based platforms: the Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) and the Trigeminovascular System (TVS) platforms.
