The company operates through a mix of company-owned, company-operated (COCO) and franchise-owned, franchise-operated (FOFO) models for its salons, while the clinics are exclusively company-owned. The service portfolio is extensive, including salon services like haircuts, styling, and coloring; spa treatments such as massages, scrubs, and wraps; and clinical solutions like dermatology, cosmetology, facial aesthetics, laser hair removal, and body contouring. The company reported revenue of ₹98 crore for fiscal year 2024 and projects reaching ₹135 crore in fiscal year 2025. The company has secured funding, including a round in November 2016, to facilitate its expansion.
