Blitz Motors, established in Tel Aviv, Israel in 2012, engineers and manufactures smart electric mopeds tailored for the commercial transportation and last-mile delivery sectors. The company was founded by Raphael Moszynski, a former commodities trader who, after immigrating to Israel from London, identified a gap in the market for high-speed electric motorbikes. Motivated by a passion for two-wheelers and a dislike for traffic congestion, Moszynski set out to create a more efficient urban transport solution.

The company's business model centers on providing a comprehensive service package to its B2B clients, which includes the electric scooters, 24/7 support, operations management, insurance, and maintenance. This full-service approach allows clients, such as Domino's Pizza, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and the Israel Postal Company, to outsource their fleet management and focus on their primary business activities. Revenue is generated through the sale and servicing of these electric moped fleets. Blitz also equips its vehicles with telematics and data analytics for predictive maintenance and enhanced operational efficiency, helping clients preemptively address issues with their fleets.

Blitz Motors offers several electric scooter models, including the Blitz 3000 and Blitz 6000. The BLITZ3000X model, equivalent to a 125cc scooter, can reach speeds of 90 km/h (56 mph) and has a range of up to 120 km. A key feature is its battery-swapping system; the scooter can hold up to three lightweight, 7kg swappable batteries, which can be fully charged in under two hours at an external station, eliminating vehicle downtime for charging. The Blitz 6000, comparable to a 250cc motorbike, offers a top speed of 120 km/h (75 mph). All scooters are designed at the company's R&D center in Tel Aviv, with assembly taking place in China. The vehicles are managed through a mobile app that provides real-time GPS tracking, remote diagnostics, and customized data reports.

Since its inception, the company has seen its fleet drive over 20 million kilometers. After establishing a strong presence in Israel, Blitz Motors has expanded its operations internationally, entering markets in Europe, including the UK and the Benelux region, as well as the UAE. In June 2022, the company announced a partnership with battery startup Addionics to co-develop advanced batteries using Smart 3D Electrodes to increase range and reduce charging times. In early 2024, Eitan Varon took over the role of CEO from founder Raphael Moszynski.
