BlinkBio, Inc. is a biotechnology company founded in 2009 that develops drug conjugate therapies to treat cancer and other diseases. The private company, headquartered in Juno Beach, Florida, was formerly known as Coferon. It was established to commercialize technology from The Scripps Research Institute.

The company's core technology is its Tunable Drug Conjugates (TDCs) platform, which is designed as a next-generation improvement on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This platform utilizes proprietary silicon-based linkers (SiLinkers) and payload cassettes to connect a targeting agent (like an antibody fragment) to a therapeutic payload. The primary goal is to deliver highly concentrated doses of cytotoxic agents directly to cancer cells, enhancing tumor penetration while minimizing systemic toxicity to the patient. This is achieved through a mechanism of rapid payload release within the tumor, followed by fast systemic clearance of the delivery molecule.

Led by CEO Colin Goddard, Ph.D., who previously headed OSI Pharmaceuticals, BlinkBio focuses its business strategy on advancing its own TDCs through clinical development while also forming partnerships with larger pharmaceutical and biotech companies. In 2020, OS Therapies licensed BlinkBio's Si-Linker and Cassette Payload technologies to develop treatments for Osteosarcoma and other solid tumors. The company has raised a total of $59.3M over 14 funding rounds from investors including Hatteras Venture Partners, MedImmune Ventures, and the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research.
