Black Arrow Express was a logistics and courier company in the Philippines, launched in 2016 as a subsidiary of the AAI Group of Companies. The company was founded to address the growing demands of the eCommerce sector, with Rico Brizuela, the chairman of AAI, tasking Allan Brizuela to develop the business plan in 2015. Allan Brizuela subsequently became the president of Black Arrow Express.

Headquartered in Parañaque, Metro Manila, the company provided a comprehensive suite of services including express door-to-door delivery, warehousing, freight forwarding, and specialized eCommerce fulfillment. It aimed to offer tech-integrated, end-to-end logistics, from stock pull-out to last-mile delivery. Black Arrow Express served as an official courier for major platforms like Shopee and established partnerships with firms such as M. Lhuillier and Dragonpay to expand its network and payment options. At its peak, the company operated a network of over 500 partners across 250 cities and municipalities in the Philippines.

Despite initial rapid growth, including a fleet expansion in 2018 to manage increasing shipment volumes, the company faced significant operational challenges. By late 2019 and early 2020, reports indicated that Black Arrow Express had largely ceased operations due to logistical issues and a high volume of complaints regarding undelivered parcels. The company is now considered deadpooled, and its official website is inactive.
