About Bionyra Pharma

Bionyra Pharma is a Paris- and Boston-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company founded in 2025 with Sofinnova Partners and CEO Dr Frédéric Marrache, a former Sanofi global project head for immunology and inflammation. It develops next-generation mono and multispecific antibodies with half-life extension for immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, including BYN-002 (TL1A mAb, Phase 1 enrolled), BYN-003 (TL1A×IL-23p19 bispecific in Phase 1) and BYN-001 (IL-25 mAb, IND-stage for atopic dermatitis). Assets were in-licensed from partners including TrueLab Biopharmaceutical and NovaRock Biotherapeutics. In June 2026 Bionyra launched with an oversubscribed €143 million ($165 million) Series A co-led by Jeito Capital and Sofinnova Partners, with Arkin Bio, Sanofi Ventures, Sixty Degree Capital, Vives Partners and Apollo Health Ventures, to advance clinical programmes in IBD and dermatology.
